Most tours should be booked at least 24 hours in advance. Your booking is confirmed once the deposit is paid and you receive written confirmation.

Cancellations & Refunds

24h+ before: full deposit refund (minus fees). Under 24h or no-show: deposit non-refundable. Weather-related cancellations receive a full refund.
